Brief Description: Final Drill Horizontal Stab Skin

Locate and mark fairing holes (RED)
Final drill horizontal stab skin with #40 drill. Started with green circles to indicate drilled hole. Ended up using a green line next to drilled hole. Open holes were drilled in nose ribs first, from center of stab to tips. Front spar was drilled next, then inspar ribs and stringers. Rear spar was drilled last. All holes drilled from center to tip.
Completed all holes on TOP of stab during this session.
