Cleco Horizontal Stab
1154 - 1330
Marked nose and inspar ribs for position.
Deburred and smoothed all HS skins with debur tool, 220 sp, and finishing with s/b wheel.
Remove vinyl for inside surface of skin.
Positioned HS cradles that were previously fabricated and clamped to workbench.
Placed skins into cradle, angled side inboard.
Removed nose ribs from spar, one at a time, and clecoed them to the skin. All flanges outboard except two inboard ribs, which flanges are inboard.
Clecoed front spar/inspar rib assembly to nose ribs.
Clecoed front spar flange to skins.
