Brief Description: Prepare Horizontal Stab Inspar, Nose Ribs

Prepare all HS inspar ribs.
Smooth all edges with s/b wheel, bend fore and aft flanges 9 degrees on two ribs with 4 flanges removed.
Smooth all edges of HS nose ribs.
Radius nose ribs to prevent skin dents. Fit ribs to skin to determine amount of radius.
Bend flanfe on two nose ribs 9 degrees.
Layout elliptical holes in two nose ribs for trim cable routing.
Cleco ribs together using tooling holes for reference.
Drill 1/2" center hole with unibit. Drill 1/4" tip holes either side of center hole. Remove remaining material to form ellipse. Debur hole and smooth edges with OSS.
