Setup machine countersink for #40 holes and depth to accept dimpled skin.
Machine countersink required VS spar flange holes.
6-3.9
Disassemble VS spar, marking rudder hinge brackets for identification.
Deburr all holes and smooth any rough edges with 400 sp.
