Well, the brake fitting leaked again. I put one more full turn on the fitting, hopefully that will stop the leak. Because I had to disconnect the brake line in order to tighten the fitting, I had to bleed the brakes again. The process was previously detailed.
Next, I installed the new heat valve actuators. The 5 wire cable extensions were installed and the cable covered with techflex. Wires were routed and bundled.
The screws securing the actuator were reinstalled.
The lock nuts securing the actuator shaft to the heat valve arm were reinstalled.
