Brief Description: Final Drill and Debur Root Fairing Stiffeners

Final drill common holes in the root fairing stiffeners and fuselage side using #30 drill, cleco as drilled.
Remove all clecos, debur all holes.
Locate and mark lower ends of spar bar for specified bevel. As the spar is anodized, I contacted Van's and talked to Sterling about filing the bevel. He advised to file the bevel as specified and then prime the bare aluminum.
Bevel lower spar bars using Vixen file, smooth with 400 s/p.
Clean with acetone, prime with self etching primer.
