Trim cabin top using jigsaw with permagrit blade installed. This is the way to trim this part. The reciprocating blade allows cutting very near the cut line reducing filing. As a side benefit, the blade lasts a long, long time, not like the dremel cutoff wheels that have to be changed every couple of inches. The dust is also much coarser and doesn't get all over everything...
Trim mid side skin flange, tailcone top skin flange, window flanges.
Using permagrit tools, sand mid side skin flanges and tailcone top skin flange to a nominal 3/4".
