Machine c-sink fairing for skin dimples using permagrit tools.
Dimple rudder skin holes for flush rivets using hand squeezer.
At this point, tail light wiring was considered. I am planning on using the AeroLED system with the Suntail position/strobe. Per AeroLEd, this unit will require shielded 20 AWG 3 wire. I considered how to run the wire, and the stock installation will work just fine. Once the rudder is removed, I will drill a 3/16" hole in the VS spar build up. The light disconnect will be contained in the bottom fairing, with sufficient wire to facilitate removal and repair.
