Verify trim lines with scribe lines. Some of the scribe lines were barely visible and the calculated trim lines were very close. Fairing was installed and removed several times during the trimming process.
Trim excess material from fairing using dremel cutoff wheel.
Straighten and smooth all edges to trim lines using coarse Permagrit tools.
Finish each edge using fine Permagrit tools.
Lightly chamfer all edges, inside and outside, using fine permagrit tools.
