The majority of this session was spent trying to fabricate a seal between the forward case and baffle. Several unsuccesful iterations were attempted without satisfactory result. Focus was then shifted to the aft case/baffle seal.
This seal was fabricated from silicone baffle material and attached to the baffle using a bead of RTV. Due to the geometry of the intersection, a flat piece of silicone was used and bonded to the aft side of the baffle, sandwiching the silicone between the baffle and case. The pressure in the cowl will force the silicone material against the aft case sealing the gap.
Next, the heat duct bypass pipes were attached to the previously fabricated tail pipe mount using similar exhaust pipe hangers..
