I received the raw covers from Aerosport, separated them and scribed a cirlce on the flange.
Next, I determined the location of the mount screws. With the wider flange, I drilled the holes 3/8" from the corner of the flange, four holes situated top and bottom of the cover and each side. This put the nut plates to each side of the engine mounts, above it, and in between the web on the bottom.
Baffles were marked then removed.
Nut plates were installed, using standard methods. Flush rivets were selected.
