Brief Description:  Fiberglass HS Tips

1700 - 1800

Remove previously glassed tips from HS.

Trim most of excess fiberglass.

Remove temporary rib.

Clean inside of tip of debri.

Cut two additional layers of 9 oz cloth per plans.

Wet out smaller piece of cloth and apply it to the inside of the tip close out.

Wet out larger piece of cloth and apply it over the smaller piece.

Ensure cloth lays flat against all surfaces, working out any bubbles.

After epoxy has started to set, cleco tips to HS.
