Verify that inboard section of J stiffener can be back riveted by clecoing stiffener to skin and installing skin.
Back riveted stiffener to skin except for 3 outboard rib bays and common holes where stiffener overlaps inboard stiffener,
Cleco skin to aft half of wing ribs and rear spar flange.
Rivet skin to structure starting at rivet depicted in plans, moving inboard, outboard, and forward. This is possible to do by yourself but a second person makes it easier.
