Brief Description: Baggage Floors, Seat Hinge, Door Channel

This section stated that for the QB kit, page 33-2 need not be completed. I inspected and verified every step and found that there were some steps omitted. These steps were then completed.
Cleco seat floors to structure.
Final drill nut plate attachment holes, using #40 drill, in all holes common to floor and structure.
Final drill nut plate center hole using #19 drill.
Final drill all depicted holes in the seat floors using #30 drill.
Mark and cut two 16" hinges from AN257-P3 material.
Debur and smooth all edges of hinges.
Remove two center eyes in each of te lower hinges, per plans. Debur and smooth area with s/b wheel.
Locate and drill hole in lower hinge. match drill hinge using baggage floor. Repeat for other side.
Cleco baggage floors to structure.
Cleco lower hinges to baggage floors and structure.
Final drill all 3/32 holes common to floors and inboard ribs.
Final drill all holes specified in plans using #30 drill.
Debur and smooth all edges of the baggage door seal channel using file and s/b wheel.
Cleco baggage door shim and seal channel to side skin.
Final drill all 3/32 holes using #40 drill.
Match drill lower seal channel tab to floor using #30 drill.
Final drill upper and lower seal channel tabs using #30 drill.
