Prepare HS-906 doubler.

Remove flashing and punch marks with bench sander 180 and spindle sander for radii.

Smooth edges with 220, 320, 400 sp.

Deburr edges and smooth with 400 sp.

Final drill HS-912 hinge brackets with #12 bit x8.
