I marked out and drilled a 1" hole spacing with 1/4" ED along the flap area. Then James and I clamped the flap and hinge in place to align with the aileron in it's neutral position and match drilled to the skin. We then machine countersunk for AD3 rivets and riveted the hinge in place.
