I had a shot at glassing a carbon track cover with recess for a spring-loaded shock-absorber. If the resin ever sets (perhaps in summer), then we'll see if the design is sound. I expect to need to redo the whole thing, but the prototype will teach me a thing or two about how to get the shape and dimensions just right.
