I set the glareshield skins in place, measured and drilled the windshield and bow to #40. I then drilled out the windshield to 5/16" ready for rubber expansion/contraction bushings. I was missing the vaccum tube to make the bushings, so I stamped out some 8mm discs from thick silicone baffle seal and punched small holes in the centre. I then drilled out the holes in the windshield bow to 2.7mm and tapped to 6-32 for the screws and # 8 tinnerman washers.
