Today I marked and removed parallel strips of blue vinyl from the rivet holes on the outside of the second skin. Then I deburred the rivet holes using very light pressure and two revolutions of a single-flute deburring bit chucked in the Black & Decker cordless screwdriver, followed by a light scuffing with a Scotch-Brite pad. Finally, I dimpled the first skin using the DRDT-2 dimpler while watching the Arkansas - South Carolina college football game, once again being careful not to dimple the specific holes called out in the plans.
