Brief Description: Rudder Fairing

Added the aluminum fairing on the leading edge of the lower rudder. The fairing runs from the cable horn to the upper hinge. It is riveted in place. Added the plastic rudder fairing on the top of the horizontal stabilizer. Brackets were riveted in place and fairing is attached to he brackets.
