Closed trailing edge of Right Elevator by making douple flush rivits. Rivites were set to 50% using rivet squizzer. Next the elevator was turned over and a back rivet set was used on the shop head to set the rivets to 80% to 90%. Finally. the elevator was turned over again, top side up and the rivets' final set was made using a back plate and mushroom set. This method yielded very good results.
