Today we finished riveting the end section, then flipped the right wing over, fitted and clecoed the navigation light. We tested it with a 12 volt charger and it passed, both the colored and white strobe lights. This was my last day for dad's help as he and my mom would be driving back to League City Texas in the morning.
My mother, Neva Schroder, was extremely helpful this week as well as she prepared all the meals to weight-watchers specifications (the diet she and dad have been on for quite some time). I weighed myself this morning and found I had lost 5 pounds this week, and wondered how long it would be before I found it again. I do need to listen to my mother on that aspect!
