Brief Description: fixtures & brackets and gussets all bent!
Since I was set up to bend one, let's bend them all! W-15 &W16 has a total of 24 gussets to be bent long two lines each. No sweat. The long bend was hammered out on a vice after protecting the material from the vise laws and finished with the hand seamer and the short bend was done with a hand seamer.Then W16-05 L&R were formed from aluminum angle. The four pieces W16-03 were made from scrap 1/8" aluminum pieces which already had one formed edge on it.
