Hinges and ribs riveted to spar, lower horn mount holes opened from 1/8 to 3/16 deburred and lower horn mount attached. the mount needed a #11 drill runn through to clear some of the paint to allow the bolts through easy. according to the parts manual the upper bolt does not get a wahser under the bolt head but ager some consideration i have added one to protect the spar from damage. inside of the rudder skin was also primed
