Dimpled ribs and spars. Still not sure what to do about holes for EMP fairing attachments. Drawing and manual not too clear about this. I probably should drill and dimple ribs and skin for #6-32 machine screws that will be used to attach fairing..

Dimpled all the lower holes for -4 flush rivets and C'sink VS808PP VS stiffener. C'sinks are much better but when I test using flush rivet, the rivet is still a bit proud so I will go a little deeper. The best way for me to get no chatter marks is to start the dill first once the pilot is in the hole but without the flutes touching the material, then push C'sink tool in to the preset stop, then get out.

Smoothed the edges of VS808PP. To do this I used the vixen file first followed by scotch brite pads. After lots of practice, I am finding the vixen file very useful...even on thin materials. Much better than scotch brite wheel....at least for me. I know SBW is used by a lot of builders but I am using it less and less.
