I marked the 2 hlves and clecoed the hinges in. You have to really pay attention to the orientation. I put one of the hinges in wrong and drilled 2 holes incorrectly. I was using my hand drill and by a stroke of luck it had the #40 drill in so the 2 extra holes are very small. I corrected the orientation and drilled the 2 holes again.
I stripped the blue plastic from the inside and primed the areas where the ribs will be touching the inside skin. Also used the solder iron to remove the blue plastic on the outside selectively.
