Brief Description:  2: Angle of Attack Tubing

I thought I'd finished everything behind the instrument panel, but today I realised I still needed to run in the tubing for the Angle of Attack (AoA) sensor.

The AoA control box is behind the instrument panel, and the two lengths of tubing need to run to this from the sensor in the right wing. To make life a little easier for myself I decided I'll fit a joiner in the tubing at the wing root. This way I can install the tubing behind the sub-panel and close it up, knowing that I can connect it all quite easily at a later date, when the wings are on.

The first picture below shows the blue and white plastic tube that I routed behind the instrument panel. The second picture shows why I needed to make some room at the bottom of the main spar bulkhead cover - the tubing would jam against the end of the wing spar otherwise.
