After spending an eternity masking up the cockpit, I then mixed up some two-pack paint and went to work with the spray gun. I sprayed the remainder of the removeable parts first, outside on my makeshift spray painting bench (which is a converted trampoline frame), before then painting the cockpit interior.
The paint colour I chose is a satin finish, "pewter" colour, and it is exactly the look I was after for the base colour of my interior. I'm going to match this with slate coloured upholstery and trim.
