Back to the wing tips next. I clecoed the right tip in place to see how it lines up with the aileron trailing edge, and it looks pretty good. I last worked on at least a couple years ago, and I recall having difficulty setting the trailing edge alignment. Now that the rest of the wing is final assembled, it actually works well.
I then set about cutting out the left wing tip, ready to match drill.
One mishap this afternoon ........ I decided to take out the landing light lens to clean it, and bugger, it broke! Damn. Looks like I'm going to be ordering a new perspex lens and making a new one.
