Brief Description: 2: A Start on the Vertical Stabiliser
Next up tonight I got a start on the vertical stabiliser. As per the instructions, I first cleco'd the rear spar doubler to the rear spar, and then attached the three pairs of rudder brackets.
I match drilled the upper bracket only of the bottom pair, as per the very clear direction in the instructions (not to drill the missing holes in the very bottom bracket).
The next step is to clean up (deburr, flute, straighten etc) the four ribs, so I think I'll leave it there for tonight, and save that bit for tomorrow.
