I decided to rework the right-side air intake curved transiition piece today, as the original part that I made did not fit the air intake opening at all well. It was going to cause all sorts of toruble for me when trying to install the lower cowl.
I first drilled out the rivets and removed the previous transition piece, then set about making a new one, but this time with a tighter curve at the front end.
When done, I alodined, painted and rivetted in place.
