Finally today I got a little closer to completing the engine baffles. I wasn't happy with the angles I'd created at the back left corner. I relocated the oil cooler to the firewall, and as a result did not fit all the aluminium baffle parts. This ended up with unnecessary angles which were very hard to create rubber seal strips for. I decided to "bite the bullet" and manufacture a false baffle bracket to fill the void, and thereby enable a straight run of rubber seal strip across the rear. Hopefully the picture below tell the story.
