Also today I trimmed the carbon fibre strip that runs across the top of the main windscreen roll bar. This was easily done with my dremel, and then sanded with a long sanding block.
We used carbon fibre across the top of the roll bar for the additonal strength. I've been advised that many people use this as a grip hold when getting in and out of the cockpit, and sometimes plain fibreglass can crack as a result. This carbon fibre strip is super strong, so should be no problem.
