Although nor part of the standard build, I wanted a fibreglass strip across the front edge of the sliding canopy. The builders who have done this have a much neater looking aircraft as a result, so I want this as well. The only problem is I am sh*t at fibreglass work ...... so I hired Lyndon Trethewey to do this (and the windscreen) for me.
He scuffed up the front edge of the plexiglass and laid up a fibreglass strip.
