Today I reinstalled the engine cooling baffles and trimmed and folded the front ramps to suit the air intakes in the bottom cowl.
I reckon I had the cowl and front baffles on and off about ten times as I cautiously measured and trimmed to get the proper fit. I can also see now where the air vent for the cabin heat needs to go.
