I started installation of the bottom cowl louvres today. The first step in the instructions says to sand away the core material. Gee, this is tough going. I used my little air powered rotary sanded and went through all my stocks of 80 grit sanding discs. Before I can continue I'll need to order some more. Oh well, at least I'm underway.
