Some time spent today setting the correct angle on the fibreglass portion of the filtered air box. In my case it needed to be cut so that I could hinge the front of it down. I then got a scrap of fibreglass from the very front portion that I cut away days earlier, and trimmed to form a vee shape that fit in the gap, one for each side. I then applied heaps of resin and fibreglass cloth and left to set overnight.
Am happy with the result.
