Brief Description:  The Engine is Installed

OMG.....the engine is installed!

Tonight after work I thought I'd start prepping myself for the engine install. Well, it all just came together so easily that after a few hours the job was done. No need for any help, just lift the engine into position with the hoist, put the top mounts and bolts in place, swing the engine up a bit, put the bottom mounts and bolts in, then do the whole lot up.

I did encounter one small issue that cost me an extra hour though. I didn't pick up that the bottom bolts are one size longer than the top bolts, and initially had them the wrong way round. Eg; short bolts in the bottom and long bolts in the top. I couldn't figure out why the bottom bolts were so hard to get the nuts started until I checked the drawings. Oops. AN7-44A on the top, AN7-45A on the bottom.

Anyway, after an extra hour of wriggling bolts in and out to get them in the right spot, the job is now done, almost. I just need to finish off by torquing the nuts and installing split pins.
