Yesterday I match drilled the windshield to the roll bar, and today I had the bright idea to check the fit with the screws in place. I was doing up the final screw, bottom right side, and just as I had a thought about the risk of cracking the plexiglass ..... it cracked.
Bugger!
I think it's going to be okay. The crack is not going to get any bigger, and it gets covered later in fibreglass anyway, which will serve to both hide the crack, and bond it all together.
