I decided to build a bark garden bed over top of the waste water tank and soakage pit. This should keep anyone from driving over top.
It took me a couple days, but I think it's come up pretty good. The sleepers are held in place with steel brackets, concreted into the ground. In time I'll add some plants, maybe a dwarf lemon or lime perhaps....to go with my G&T.
