A few jobs done today, including the firewall feed-through for the throttle cable.
I needed to enlarge the hole to suit the eye-ball cable clamp, which wasn't too hard with my die grinder bit. I then smoothed the edges, cleaned the surfaces with some isopropyl alcohol, then installed the fitting. In doing so I also added a liberal amount of high temperature sealant, to prevent any fumes getting through. I've been using this everywhere there's a hole in the firewall.
