All day today working on the left wing landing lights. I removed the white mounting tray from inside the wing and modified it to suit the Flyleds lights. The hole is meant for a standard PAR38 lamp, but the Flyleds landing lights require a bit more clearance at the top and bottom.
The Flyleds lights also come with a square aluminium panel, to which the four individual LED lights are mounted. This square panel is too large to fit into the cutout in the leading edge of the wing, so I needed to cut it down quite a bit.
