Spent a couple hours tonight finishing off the stall warning switch in the left wing. I assembled the switch mechanism onto the primed support rib, then riveted the whole assembly into the leading edge of the wing.
As per the instructions, I adjusted the switch assembly so that there is minimal travel required to operate the micro switch. I also checked that the small actuator flap that protrudes from the leading edge is perpendicular to the curve of the leading edge..........spot on. I finished this part up by attaching the wires.
Finally I riveted the nutplates to the access plate doubler, and then riveted the doubler into the wing. I also test fitted the access cover. Fits nice.
