Brief Description:  Stall Warning Switch

I did a bit more tonight on the stall warning switch assembly, starting with cutting the slot in the leading edge of the wing. This isn't as difficult as it may seem as the wing comes predrilled with a couple guide holes. You simply drill these out to #31 (I used a 3.0mm bit) and then carefully remove the aluminium in between.

Next up I match drilled, duburred, dimpled and smoothed the small parts that make up the assembly that holds the micro-switch and airflow vane together, before then alodining.

I'll prime them tomorrow.
