Today I spent the afternoon building the frame for my workbench. Should be solid enough I think. I'll put a couple layers of 18mm MDF on the top, and fit timber slats to form a lower shelf.
I used a set of plans from one of my ShopNotes magazines, and modified to suit a 2400 x 900 top. Will do some more during the week.
