Brief Description: Book on test flying homebuilt aircraft
I am a long way from test flying my RV-8 but decided to pick up some reading material to occupy my time during an upcoming trip. I did a quick scan of the book and it looks good. I believe it will be a great reference when the time comes to begin the flight test sequence. The book appears to be more in depth than actually necessary for the test flying of a proven design like the RV-8. However, you can never be too thorough. Building and flying an experimental aircraft regardless of its heritage demands attention to detail.
