I accomplished a number of miscellaneous tasks today. A major item was finishing the main spar countersinking. Much of the countersinking was done but the skin attachment holes had not yet been machine countersunk and primed. Also, the last of the dimpling on the bottoms skins was completed as well as the dimpliing on all the wing ribs. Each rib was removed and a 13/16" hole cut with a step drill to run the wiring conduit (conduit was temporarily installed to check length). The rear spar was dimpled with the pneumatic squeezer and each hole then dressed up with a countersink deburring tool to make the skins fit just a little better. Finally, the aileron bellcrank was installed (will have to remove to reinstall the pitot line).
