Brief Description:  Unibit for installing wing wiring conduit

After an initial test with an Irwin brand 3/4" unibit, I decided a 13/16" hole was probably optimum for the nylon conduit from Van's. The proper Irwin brand unibit, however, was very expensive regardless of source. I decided a set for $15 from Harbor Freight would do just fine since I would be cutting fairly thin and soft aluminum.

I made a few test cuts with the cheap bits and they will do the job ok. It is necessary to drill from both sides to remove the burrs. The 13/16" hole allows the conduit to be routed through the ribs easily. I plan to anchor the conduit at the end ribs with a couple snap rings. I will include some pictures of the conduit installation a bit later.
