I had hoped it would be possible to make a drilling jig to do six holes at a time but the platenuts are not spaced evenly down the spar flange. You just have to accomplish this task one hole at a time. The sequence is cleco the jig, clamp the jig plate on each side, remove the clecos, countersink the spar, and finally remove the jig and continue with next hole.
