The wing kit was delivered today by ABF. The only problem encountered was a timing issue. A lady from ABF had called me about three days before the actual delivery and arranged for a delivery window. This allowed me to scheduled a couple friends to help with the unloading. Unfortunately, the driver arrived almost two hours early so there was no one present to get the crates off the truck. Luckily, a neighbor who knew I was expecting the wing kit volunteered to help get the crates from the truck to my driveway.
I moved the two crates into the garage using a couple heavy duty wheeled work stools (one under each end). Once in the workshop, I opened the boxes and inventoried all the parts with the help of Connie. I read the numbers and quantities while Connie checked them off the inventory list. When we got to the rivets, nuts, bolts, and small packaged parts, we moved to our kitchen table. Everything seems to have arrived in good shape. Now the challenge will be to store everything in such a way as to maximize shop space.
